Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3G Wireless, LLC requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered at 2205MHz, 2225MHz, 2245MHz, 2272MHz, 2294MHz, 2305MHz and 2315MHz with a 10 and 7MHz bandwidth from July 12, 2019 through July 14, 2019 with intermittent usage. As explained below, 3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request to provide an additional RF camera systems to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca racetrack during the Mutul FIM Superbike World Championship at Laguna Seca Raceway stop for our Client Dorna and Eurosport Channel during the presentation of “Mutul FIM Superbike World Championship”. 3G Wireless, LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Eurosport Channel and Dorna has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless camera systems to operate at the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca race track for their telecast. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the United States, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  3G Wireless, LLC is to supply the requested remote camera systems for television coverage. 3G Wireless, LLC certifies that the operation of the requested channel for the purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations. Grant of the instant request for STA for 2205MHz, 2225MHz, 2245MHz, 2272MHz, 2294MHz, 2305MHz and 2315MHzwould serve the public interest by enabling 3G Wireless, LLC to supply the requested remote camera systems for television coverage. The proposed service would enhance coverage of the events by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the production company. 3G Wireless, LLC. will submit the required documentation for the 2.3MHz band to the AFTRCC.
