Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request to provide two In-Car camera systems to various Race tracks throughout the country during the Arca Racing Series season for MavTV presentation of Arca Racing Series presented by Menard. 3G Wireless, LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. MavTV has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless camera systems to operate within the Arca series race tracks throughout the continental United States for their telecasts. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the United States, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide two In-Car camera systems to various Race tracks. Grant of the instant request for STA for 2274MHz, 2284MHz, and 2294MHz would serve the public interest by enabling 3G Wireless, LLC to supply the requested remote camera systems for television coverage. The proposed service would enhance coverage of the events by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the production company.
