Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Lagardere Unlimited and The Boston Athletic Association have contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide multiple wireless camera systems for coverage of the 2018 Boston Marathon in Boston, Massachusetts. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Boston Area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To enhance coverage of the event by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the production company.
