Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
The experimental equipment will be used to demonstrate WPT concepts at the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show. Transmission equipment will be labeled with the following language: “This device has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not, and may not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained.” In addition, notices will be displayed in a conspicuous location on, or immediately adjacent to, the devices. Billy Manning will serve as the “stop buzzer” and will be reachable on his mobile telephone at 408-439-8233.
