RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of an FF9 Production at East Los Angeles CA. 90640. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. FF9 Productions LLC has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave link for the Aerial Video and 2 Terrestrial Video link. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the downtown East Los Angeles CA. 90640 area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.

RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360 -2390 MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2368MHz, 2376MHz and 2386MHz all with an 8MHz bandwidth from October 15, 2019 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on November 14, 2019. As explained below, RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of an FF9 Production at East Los Angeles CA. 90640.
