RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for a terrestrial video link and submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Romanoff Productions LLC Burbank CA. 91521 has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary 2 Terrestrial microwave links at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Atlantic Station area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of 1 channel in the 2296-2390 MHz Telemetry Band.
