Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Testing of terrestrial, high-speed data transmission to support Northrop Grumman in conducting munition testing at Matrix International Security Training Intelligence Center (MISTIC) in Roswell, New Mexico. This will consist of two separate testing events which will occur on January 27-31, 2020 and February 17-21, 2020.. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized and the frequency range is not available for unlicensed or licensed, non-government operation.
