Applicant, a manufacturer of high-quality two-way land mobile radios, is not licensed to use land mobile VHF, UHF, 800 MHz, or 900 MHz radios in San Antonio, Texas, or Orlando, Florida and requires the use of specified, non-public safety channels in certain land mobile allocations for demonstration of low-power, two-way land mobile radio products at within the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas during August 2-5, 2026 and the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, October 24-27, 2026. Please see attached Narrative Exhibit.
