Please explain the purpose of operation:
U.S. Coast Guard Capabilities Demonstration 16-3. We are applying to demonstrate LTE capabilities in support of a Capabilities Demonstration that will take place from Sep 26th to October 7th, in and around (15 km) of U.S. Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD. We plan to have broadcast equipment on board a Navy vessel and on the shore of the Naval Air Station base operating within the specified radius.
