RF Film Inc. seeks authority to use aerial video links on frequencies centered at 2365MHz and 2375 MHz, each with a bandwidth of 8 MHz. These operations are temporary and required to support short-term production activities. All operations will be conducted in accordance with FCC rules, employing the minimum power necessary to accomplish the communication objectives, and will not cause harmful interference to authorized users.

RF Film Inc. requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate temporary aerial wireless video transmission systems in support of broadcast, film, and live-event production for a production of a show called “XBRAND X HUDSON RIVER” from July 6th to August 5th. These operations are short-term and event-specific. RF Film Inc. will coordinate frequencies as required, operate with the minimum power necessary to accomplish the communications objectives, and take all reasonable measures to avoid harmful interference to other authorized spectrum users. All operations will be conducted in compliance with applicable FCC rules and coordination requirements.
