Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STR would like to perform ground based over-the-air testing from a stationary antenna located at our STR Woburn facility to an UMBRA receiver system. Testing will be episodic and over a very short period of time for each data transmission. These tests can not be implemented in an indoor chamber environment. This addresses sponsor request to participate in ground based over-the-air testing from a stationary antenna located in Cape Cod to an UMBRA receiver system. Testing will be episodic and over a very short period of time for each data transmission. These tests cannot be implemented in an indoor chamber environment.
