Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Astra Space manufactures and launches orbital launch vehicles. An STA is necessary to transmit telemetry in the unified S-Band frequencies (2200-2290 MHz). We plan to use two downrange receive-only antennas for this mission: one in Alameda, CA (37.77773, -122.29372) and one in Boardman, OR (45.85458, -119.63198).
