This is a new location (Crockett, TX) for a previously approved experiment (W09XHM, 0620-EX-ST-2019), due to unexpected tower engineering issues at the original location (Ardmore, OK). See attached for full background and description of proposed experiment in Crockett, which is substantively the same as the approved experiment that was to have taken place in Ardmore.
