Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The applicant requires video-bandwidth channels in the range 2390-2416 MHz for video production for television network use for the 2016 NFL Super Bowl. Sufficient channels in the Santa Clara/San Francisco metropolitan area for video production based on LTTS licenses held by the applicant are not available due to the intensive spectrum use for this newsworthy sporting event.
