Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Shield Aviation will be conducting UAS flight operations at Dougway Proving Grounds, UT. The transmitter and antenna will be mounted to our UAV and transmit video at 2313 MHZ which will be required during the entire flight operation. The UAV will operate up to 3658M AGL.
