Vector Launch is developing a satellite launch vehicle to place small spacecraft into low Earth orbit (250-450 km). As part of the development program several low altitude and suborbital tests are to be conducted from 1 Jan 2018 through 31 Dec 2018. Initial flights will operate for less than 15 minutes. This application is intended to support test operations of the launch vehicle during this time period. Testing will be conducted at several sites in CONUS and Alaska.
