Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The Special Temporary Authority is necessary in order to perform testing of a prototype cellular base station in the Band 14 public safety LTE band. No existing Special Temporary Authorities cover the area and dates of the trial. Testing is being performed in conjunction with the manufacturer of the prototype device, Parallel Wireless, Inc.
