Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Our company is testing experimental unmanned aircraft at the JIFX event hosted by the Naval Postgraduate School at Camp Roberts. Because the testing is taking place at an Army installation, we need an STA to operate our COTS Part 15 devices.
