Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA with call sign WB9XGL was approved. General Atomics El Mirage Airfield requires runway maintenance so we need to move this system integration to the Grey Butte Airfield that is around 5.5 miles SW of El Mirage. The Grey Butte Airfield still resides in the GAs local COA. The FAA has revised and approved NG T260161 which is an attachment.
