RF film intends to utilize 2295 MHz for a dedicated 8 MHz wide video link for ESPN pre game CFB season. Usage will be intermittent and used before the game only on game days. The location will vary according to the ESPN CFB production schedule. Usage will be from 08/20/2021 - 01/10/2021
