Please explain the purpose of operation:
To perform demonstration of managing spectrum solutions. Lemko is seeking approval to perform demonstrations and run short-term pilots to validate its technology and economic value to customers including M2M applications and rural WISPs on experimental solutions. For example, this request is to deploy two M2M sites in southern Arizona for a three month pilot for Caterpillar for a proof-of-concept.
