Special Temporary Authority application - Explanation

An STA is necessary in order to permit the applicant to conduct video production operations at various sporting and news events including football games, car and horse races, parades, basketball and baseball games in various states from the Goodyear Blimp, during the period July 31, 2020 through January 30, 2021. Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Video production from the Goodyear Blimp of televised athletic and newsworthy events and automobile and horse races. This is similar to other STAs regularly granted by the Commission numerous times in the past for this same frequency range. Video transmissions will be from the Goodyear Blimp, to production trucks located at the site of televised athletic and newsworthy events and automobile races. As is always the case, all operation will be coordinated in advance with the frequency coordinators of the Society of Broadcast Engineers, and, in the Amateur Radio allocations, with the American Radio Relay League, Inc. Should any interference be reported, Goodyear operation will cease immediately and not resume until resolved to the satisfaction of the licensees affected. See also attached frequency coordination exhibit and Event exhibit.
