Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
XTAR requests a STA to support a demonstration for a US Air Force end user of an X-band SATCOM terminal that will operate in X-band (7.25-8.4 GHz). Through prior applications, we have learned that a STA is the correct submission vehicle for short-term demonstrations in military RF bands.
