RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for 2 Terrestrial and 1 aerial video link for West Texas Blue Origin Landing Site and submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Black Ops Aviation has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting for Black Ops Aviation. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Midland Texas area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of 3 channel in the 2296-2390 MHz Telemetry Band.
