Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:

3G Wireless, LLC requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered at 1925 KHz with an 80 KHz bandwidth and 440-610 KHz with a 12.5KHz bandwidth from July 12, 2019 through July 14, 2019 with intermittent usage. As explained below, 3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request to provide radio communications to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca racetrack during the Mutul FIM Superbike World Championship for our Client Dorna and Eurosport channel. 3G Wireless, LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Eurosport Channel and Dorna has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless radio Communication systems to operate at the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca race track for their telecast. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the Monterey area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.
