Applicant wishes to conduct short-term technical demonstrations of MANET networking at a trade show, involving mobile users on foot during the period 11-15 July, 2021 within and immediately adjacent to the Tampa Convention Center. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized and the frequency range is not available for unlicensed or licensed, non-government operation. See attached Narrative.
