Please explain the purpose of operation:
The requested facilties will be used to test the performance and utility of a portable UMTS/W-CDMA cell site as a coverage augmentation adjunct to fixed wireless network infrastructure for tactical and field operations. This testing will be conducted as a part of the US Army Expeditionary Warfare Experiment.
