Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a cable sports programming network that provides live coverage of sporting events with the use of wireless equipment. Applicant holds certain private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum demands in major cities and the limited spectrum for these events makes in necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional frequencies in the UHF spectrum. Such is necessary to have sufficient communications to coordinate event activities such as security, medical services and crowd control.
