Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
For technical reasons, the number of frequencies needed to calibrate the Near Vertical Direction Finder System was increased. The first calibration of the system is in December. The nearness of the calibration dates prevents the possibility of modifying the original authorization, making an STA necessary.
