To provide airborne receiver with specific targeted frequencies. Transmit operations on the ground will be limited to authorization. Aircraft flight path will be towards the east of Greenville TX (33 04 22N 096 03 28W between 10 – 140 degrees) with flight of 30,000 ft MSL. Ground based transmit antennas track aircraft during flight. No airborne transmission. Pulses are 6.4 microseconds in length and occur about 80 times a minute. FAA coordination is complete.
