openRAN has been requested to evaluate a new wireless broadband system by a large wireless wireless technology company in San Diego beginning on September 23rd, 2013. Several other firms are collaborating on other aspects of this key wireless broadband trial and we cannot postpone the dates.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The trial is used to evaluate the effectiveness of wireless systems in providing backhaul to wireless broadband (4G) systems. openRAN is a new firm based in San Diego that is evaluating technology in cooperation with others and we will be the providers of this service and needs to test the non-line-of-site performance in the 3655-3670 MHz band. We will be testing the the coverage and capacity of the link.
