Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3G Wireless, LLC requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequencies centered at 2244MHz, 2254MHz, 2264MHz and 2274MHz with an 8 MHz bandwidth from July 8, 2021 until August 1, 2021 with intermittent usage. As explained below, 3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request to provide In- Car camera systems throughout the United States for MavTV’s presentation of “Arca Racing series by Menard’s”. 3G Wireless, LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. MavTV has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless camera systems to operate within the Arca series race tracks throughout the continental United States for their telecasts. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the U.S. area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional television and news coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels. 3G Wireless, LLC certifies that the operation of the requested channel for the purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

The proposed service would enhance coverage of the events by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the production company.
