We have developed an LTE network in a box which provides its own integrated web services for disaster recovery. We would like to run a small network test at low power to demonstrate basic network functionality to our funding partner. We hope to run the network test bed at low power (<100 dBm) in the GSM-900/LTE band 8. This operation allows us to demonstrate operating with a reference commercial off the shelf handset with our partner.
