Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Helios Remote Sensing Systems, Inc. was invited by the United States Special Operations Commands Rapid Capability Insertion Program Office to give a demonstration of our Sense-Through- the-Wall Radar System in October 2014 at the Indiana National Guards Muscatatuck Advanced Urban Training Facility. Helios plans to operate the radar during the development stage (3 months) to evaluate its performance and make design adjustments to ensure that the radar operates properly as a radar. Following the demo, we will require a time period to incorporate and test recommended improvements to the radar (≈3 months). These tests will take place near our office in Rome, NY.
