Please explain the purpose of operation:
Vector Launch is developing a satellite launch vehicle to place small spacecraft into low Earth orbit (250-450 km). As part of the development program, several low altitude tests are to be conducted. This application is intended to support a single flight of the Vector-R B0.101 launch vehicle. This launch will demonstrate launch capability for the Vector-R B1 and B2 series.
