Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The University of North Texas, a public university in the state of Texas formed an action cluster in collaboration with several other private, public, volunteer, and Government agencies including Civil Air Patrol, City of Denton, with a purpose to develop an innovative solution for enabling communications and information sharing during emergencies and disaster recovery times. The action cluster designed and developed a Deployable Base station which it plans to test during this experiment.
