Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of several UHF frequencies at multiple venues. The purpose of this request is to provide logistic support for video coverage of multiple professional golf events over the period of May 17 through December 19, 2021. Each event typically lasts about 1-week including equipment setup and testing. A complete list of the events and the specific dates of use are contained in the attached event schedule. The number of requested frequencies is to allow for flexibility in that it is recognized this is shared spectrum and all frequencies may not be available at each event. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events.
