Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
There will be three transmitting antenna systems to test: a radar application, a microwave radio application, and a VHF radio application. The three antenna systems will be operated together to make sure that no system interferes with another system. Radar system information: Raytheon MK2 1000 Ocean Surveillance Radar Operating frequency: 9.410GHz +/- 30 MHz Emission designator: 100MP0N Peak output power: 25,000W Maximum effective power out is 15 during the long pulse Antenna will be 40 feet above ground level (AGL) Microwave radio information: Aviat Networks Eclipse ODU 300 RFU Unit Antenna length: 1.5 m Antenna will be 30 feet AGL. Operating frequencies: 10.915 GHz to 11.075 GHz, and 11.430 GHz to 11.585 GHz VHF radio information: Motorola APX 7000 Multiband portable radio Antenna will be 40 feet AGL. Operating frequencies: 134 to 176 MHz (including marine radio service around 156 MHz)
