Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To provide timely implementation of a broadband network for school in a rural area. Existing FCC approved hardware does not have adequate power for one link in the network. This STA will use an external amplifier to get adequate power and will comply with all TV White Space Rules except the equipment authorization requirement.
