Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An immediate STA is needed in order to perform testing services under a government contract with the Army Counter-UAS, Rapid Capabilities Office (Contract No. W31P4Q-19-C-0006). The use of the radio facilities described herein are necessary to perform testing of Mobile low slow Counter UAS integrated defense system (MLIDS) vehicles.

The two MLIDS vehicles under development need to share data, and the Applicant needs authority to operate the Rajant radio facilities described herein to enable such data sharing and conduct vehicle acceptance testing on the vehicles.
