Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
WI2XPQ has expired. Applicant wishes to participate in JFIX activities at Camp Roberts, CA in late April 2019. Other experimental license applications to replace WI2XPQ are pending but may not be granted by April 28, 2019. Hence, there is a need for an STA. More details can be found in Attachment A.
