Please explain the purpose of operation:
The radar transmitter and antenna will illuminate the earth within 100 feet and the return signals will be processed to yield images with resolution commensurate with the millimeter wavelength of operation. The antenna feed is less than 3 meters above an existing building and the antenna boresight is oriented negative 12 degrees from horizontal and 210 degrees clockwise from North in azimuth.
