Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This system is a test bed for VHF signals. The system will be tested at the GTRI Cobb County Facility. The system will not operate continuously or unattended. The system is tunable and capable of operation across the 136-174 MHz band. The instantaneous bandwidth will not exceed 300 kHz. This request is for center frequencies in the 136-174 MHz where it is acceptable for the system to operate temporarily.
