We would like to test and demonstrate USSD based mobile financial services applications for low literate users in developing regions. We hope to run a network test bed at low power (<100 dBm) in the GSM-900 frequency band to validate compatibility with available commercial GSM user equipment. This operation allows us to demonstrate and validate our software with widely available handsets with a potential funding and deployment partner.
