Please explain the purpose of operation:
To test and experiment with point to point data links. To test data link equipment for appplication to Dod communication system requirements. There will be no shielding because this antenna is mounted on an aircraft flying at a max altitude of 17500 ft. The intended flight path is in Salt Lake County east of Interstate 15 down to Utah County west of Utah Lake and back.
