Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA was requested for development and test prior to the White Sands Missal Range (WSMR) Demonstration. We will be operating a passive radar system for us to operate the passive radar system. We will be using the Ubiquiti P2P and Silvus radio for communication, and the microhard and DL advanced as part of the overall dronehunter system

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Passive radar sensors will be used to detect and track airborne threats for development and testing prior to a demonstration at WSMR. We are not performing any counter drone operations using this STA to disable the drone.
