Applicant wishes to conduct several, short-term, terrestrial-only technical demonstrations and proof of concept testing of a mobile (MANET) product line during a period of thirteen days in the Los Angeles area within a radius of 20 miles. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized and the frequency range is not available for unlicensed or licensed, non-government operation. See attached Narrative.
