Please explain the purpose of operation:
One device operating as a low power position beacon onboard a high altitude balloon. One device operating on the ground as a receiver for the balloon beacon and as an emergency reset uplink. The balloon beacon will transmit a short, narrowband burst once every minute. The uplink transmitter may never be used except in the case of a suspected need for a reset (power cycle) on the balloon payload.
