RF Film Inc is filing an STA request to provide an aerial video link for the filming of “Devotion” a Black Label Media Productions film over Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport, Statesboro GA 30461. RF Film Inc submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Black Label Media has contracted RF Film Inc to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Statesboro GA. area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area RF Film Inc. requests the use of a channel in the 2360 - 2390MHz Telemetry Bands.
