Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are running a field demonstration of a counter unmanned aerial vehicle (C-UAV) demonstration at an army field demonstration at Camp Roberts, CA on May 9-13 2016. We will broadcast signals that are copies of Futaba RC transmitter signals (futaba 6J), which is a commercial RC controller vender that operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and has been approved for commercial use. Our signals will be the same power and frequency as the Futaba transmitter.
